Mold Remediation
When a hot waterline broke in the upper floor of a multi-level vacation home the flooding went undetected for long enough to wrack up an $1100 water bill! We got the call from our customer in the central valley regarding his vacation home on the coast. Upon arrival at the home we assessed what was a major mold loss, made a workplan, got authorization from the insurer, and immediately proceeded with the remediation work.
The project went very smoothly as we used our training in professional mold remediation to remove all affected materials and clean structural members to be saved – all of this within a carefully constructed containment area which was kept under negative air controls. We were able to eradicate all mold from the indoor environment and provide full clearance for the rebuilding activities to follow
