Water Damage
NLS came out at the end of a friday to do basic mitigation on a large water loss for a home that had just been placed on the market. The owners were out of town when the loss occurred. We followed up with a Saturday crew, preventing further damage to the home. We were able to match all the customers existing flooring exactly, repair everything to pre-loss or better condition, and get the home back up for sale in approx 2 months.
The customer was extremely pleased with the quality of the work from NLS and all subcontractors, the efficency in which they worked, and their professionalism and enjoyment in work. We also were able to save their new large screen tv which had sustained damage.
