Co-Owner/Director of Operations

The kind of work my role performs in this company is to work with all departments, to develop team members to be successful in their roles and work together to improve performance and fulfill our mission. Here at New Life Service Company we strive to enrich the lives of others by restoring our customers’ property, supporting our community, and developing the next generation in skilled trades. I have been with this company since 2017. What I appreciate most about the work that I do is enriching customers lives by restoring their property and being  a catalyst in the growth and development of our team members. I am originally from Canada and moved to the United States in 1997. What I enjoy doing outside of work is wine tasting, cooking, gardening, and enjoying the spectacular outdoors of Northern California. My top 3 personal values are Responsibility, treating others with respect, and taking personal ownership. I see myself helping fulfilling New Life Service Co.’s mission by supporting our team members in using our company values as the filter for making decisions.

The kind of work my role performs includes project estimating, sales, and contract management. I have I have been a part of this company since December of 2014. What I appreciate most about the work that I do is the many, varied challenges presented by each project and finding the best ways to overcome them. I am originally from east Texas. Outside of work I enjoy fishing and sim-racing. My top 3 personal values are honesty, responsibility, and humor. I see myself helping fulfill New Life Service Co.’s mission by getting to help put peoples’ lives back together after disasters and making decisions that work for the long-term success of our team.

Controller/ Office Manager/ Human Resources/ Payroll Officer/ Notary Public/Corporate Secretary

The kind of work my role performs in this company is management of finances for the company, develop and create company policies and procedures as well as oversee day to day office and management functions. I have been a part of this company since 2017. What I appreciate most about the work that I do is that is allows me to develop other continuously which enriches the lives of others and I play a role in developing the next generation of New Life Service employees with the guidance I give.

I am originally from Del Norte county. Outside of work I enjoy watching and keeping up with football, specifically the Seahawks! Oh…and I enjoy my family too. My top 3 personal values are; to live my life to be the best human I can be….I take pride in my integrity, respect, and achieving personal excellence. I see myself helping to fulfill New Life Service Co.’s mission by developing the company and employees continuously with the policies and guidance I provide.

Emergency Services Department Lead

The kind of work my role performs in this company is supervising water and emergency service jobs in the field ranging from water damage restoration to emergency board ups. I have been working for the company since January of 2020. What I appreciate most about the the job is doing quality work and the customer satisfaction. I am from Eureka. Outside of work I enjoy fishing, kayaking, hiking, and anything outdoors. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My top three personal values are quality of work, punctuality, and responsibility. I see myself helping to fulfill New Life Service's mission in that my commitment to hard work will help encourage others to develop.

Cleaning and Contents Lead/Water Technician

The kind of work my role performs in this company is well, whatever needs to be done. I have been a part of this company since November of 2019. What I appreciate most about the work that I do is my coworkers!

I am originally from Sn Jose, California. Outside of work I enjoy biking, walking on the beach, bonfires, and playing with my dog. My 3 personal values are hard work, loyalty, and trust. I see myself helping fulfill New Life Service Co.’s mission by giving my all everyday on every job.

Emergency Services Project Manager

As the Emergency Services Manager, I coordinate the emergency services department. We handle all the water damages, board ups, tarp offs, sewage losses, and trauma clean ups. I have been apart of this company for 21 years. What I appreciate most about this job is helping customers who have experienced a disaster. Originally I am from Hayward, CA. Outside of work I enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, and enjoying time with my family. My top 3 personal values are trustfulness, loyalty, and empathy. I see myself helping fulfill New Life Service Company's mission by helping customers get their property back to how it was before the loss.

Production Manager

The work that perform in my role as Production Manager is making sure that jobs not only get done on time, but that we are doing quality work. I communicate with clients, engineers, drafters, and coordinate with subs. I support or Reconstruction Team to keep them growing and moving forward. I have been working for the company since June of 2011. What I appreciate most about the job is seeing the final results of each project and the happy faces of the homeowners. Originally I am from Oaxaca Mexico. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and helping others. My top three personal values are determination, friendship, and kindness.

Cabinet Planning and Design

The kind of work I perform as a designer is assisting our clients in planning their kitchen, whether that be cabinet replacement or a whole new kitchen design. I have been apart of this company for four years. What I love about my work is meeting new people and working towards a common goal of a beautiful new kitchen and functional space. Unfortunately, many of our clients have had significant damage or tragedy to need our services, so I do my best to give them something better than they had before. Originally I was born in Oregon, but I grew up in beautiful British Columbia. Outside of work I enjoy working in my garden, home DIY projects, and hanging out with my family. My top three personal values are integrity, kindness, and respect for others.

Water Technician

The kind of work I perform I perform in my role in the Emergency Services Department is water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and BIO hazard clean up. I have been apart of this company since November of 2021. What I appreciate most about the job is that we are always busy helping the people in our community. Outside of work I enjoy playing sports. My top three personal values are being an honest person, hard worker, and a fast learner. I see myself helping to fulfill New Life Service's mission by being on time and trying my best every single day.

Cleaning and Contents Technician

In our department we specialize in cleaning. Whether it be at the warehouse, or at a home that has been damaged by by fires, floods, or other disasters. We are here to help those who need our services to relieve them of the task of cleaning up the aftermath. I have been working with this company since October of 2021. What I appreciate most is that after coming back from completing a job, I feel fulfilled, knowing I made a positive change to someone's home or business. Hearing positive feedback from customers really makes my day. Originally I was born in Georgia, where most of my family lives. My mother and I moved to California when I was young and we have been living here most of my life. Outside of work  I spend the majority of m y time taking care of dachshund puppy. I thoroughly enjoy  hiking, landscaping, painting, and a good thriller movie. My top three personal values are honesty: I think its important to be humble, perseverance: giving up is never an option, there will always be a way, and adaptability; life and situations are always changing and we must always be ready to learn and grow. I see myself helping to fulfill New Life Service's mission by taking pride in my thoroughness and my ability to pay attention to the details. I am always striving to improve. With that in my, I hope to become an important asset to New Life Service Company for many years to come.

As receptionist my role includes answering phones, assisting office staff where ever possible, and ensuring customers  are getting the best possible customer service through great communication with them and all of our team members. I have been working with the company since February of 2021. What I appreciate most is being able to help customers put their lives back together after a disaster. I was born and raised here in Eureka. Outside of work I enjoy exploring our community with my fiance and our puppy.  My top three personal values are honesty, loyalty, and team work. I see myself helping fulfill New Life Service Company's mission by being  a friendly face/voice for our customers in times of stress.
