As the project manager for the asbestos and demo departments my role includes coordinating all the jobs including gathering materials and subcontractors, and making sure we have all the proper documentation for Air Quality and Osha. I have been with the company for 7 years. What I appreciate most about the work I do is working with my crew, forming a plan, and executing that plan. Originally I am from Rough and Ready California. Outside of work I enjoy making art, the outdoors, history, baseball/softball, and spending time with my family and friends. My top three values are loyalty, commitment, and faith. I see myself helping to fulfill New Life Services mission by supporting our local art community which I have been apart of for 15 years. I love working with local artists on public art projects for our community.  

The kind of work I perform in my role is to assist in the support and development of our team members. I am the liason with customers and the community providing information and support about our services and process's. I have been apart of this company since April of  2020. what I appreciate most about the work I do is being part of an awesome team that focuses on helping our neighbors put their lives back together after a disaster. Originally I am from Southwest Florida. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, volunteering and youth group activities. My top three personal values are supporting our community, developing the next generation, and taking personal responsibility. I see myself helping to fulfill New Life Service's mission by continuing to serve our internal and external customers and being a resource to our community when the best and worst happens. 

The work that perform in my role as Production Manager is making sure that jobs not only get done on time, but that we are doing quality work. I communicate with clients, engineers, drafters, and coordinate with subs. I support or Reconstruction Team to keep them growing and moving forward. I have been working for the company since June of 2011. What I appreciate most about the job is seeing the final results of each project and the happy faces of the homeowners. Originally I am from Oaxaca Mexico. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and helping others. My top three personal values are determination, friendship, and kindness. 

The kind of work I perform as a designer is assisting our clients in planning their kitchen, whether that be cabinet replacement or a whole new kitchen design. I have been apart of this company for four years. What I love about my work is meeting new people and working towards a common goal of a beautiful new kitchen and functional space. Unfortunately, many of our clients have had significant damage or tragedy to need our services, so I do my best to give them something better than they had before. Originally I was born in Oregon, but I grew up in beautiful British Columbia. Outside of work I enjoy working in my garden, home DIY projects, and hanging out with my family. My top three personal values are integrity, kindness, and respect for others. 

The kind of work I perform in my role is doing painting for Reconstruction Department. I have been working here since April of 2020. What I enjoy most about the work I do is a completed paint job and team work. I am originally from La Crescenta, California. In my free time I enjoy Buddha dharma and music. My top three personal values are honesty, kindness, and compassion. I see myself helping fulfill New Life Service Company's mission by training the next generation, not only in painting, but in other ways like wisdom and patience. 

The kind of work I perform is painting. I have been working for New Life since August of 2021. What I appreciate most about the work I do is the sense of accomplishment that comes with finishing a job for our customers. Originally I am from Arcata and grew up here locally in Humboldt County. Outside of work I enjoy following the 49ers and the Giants, as well as getting outdoors. My top personal values are honesty and work ethic. I see myself fulfilling New Life Service's mission by always doing my best.  

The kind of work I perform as a water technician includes water mitigation, demolition, tear-out, assisting in the dry out process, emergency calls, and board ups.  I have been working for this company since October of 2020 and it has been awesome! What I appreciate most about the work I do is the connections I make, the conversations I have with customers and coworkers, and learning all the trades and skills that they offer. I was born and raised here in Eureka. Outside of work I enjoy boxing and spending time with my team at Institute of Combat. I also enjoy going out and exploring with my significant other. My top three personal values are repetition until perfection, do what you love, and be 1% better everyday. The kind of work I perform I perform in my role in the Emergency Services Department is water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and BIO hazard clean up. I have been apart of this company since November of 2021. What I appreciate most about the job is that we are always busy helping the people in our community. Outside of work I enjoy playing sports. My top three personal values are being an honest person, hard worker, and a fast learner. I see myself helping to fulfill New Life Service's mission by being on time and trying my best every single day. 

The kind of work I perform as an asbestos technician is the demolition and removal of hazardous asbestos materials. I have been working for the company for 4 years. What I appreciate most about the work I do I do is seeing the end result of a job well done. Originally I am from Fortuna Ca. Outside of work I enjoy playing soccer and volleyball. My top three personal values are honesty, integrity, and family. I see myself helping fulfill New Life Service's mission by being willing to do whatever is needed to put peoples lives back together after a tragedy. 

In our department we specialize in cleaning. Whether it be at the warehouse, or at a home that has been damaged by by fires, floods, or other disasters. We are here to help those who need our services to relieve them of the task of cleaning up the aftermath. I have been working with this company since October of 2021. What I appreciate most is that after coming back from completing a job, I feel fulfilled, knowing I made a positive change to someone's home or business. Hearing positive feedback from customers really makes my day. Originally I was born in Georgia, where most of my family lives. My mother and I moved to California when I was young and we have been living here most of my life. Outside of work  I spend the majority of m y time taking care of dachshund puppy. I thoroughly enjoy  hiking, landscaping, painting, and a good thriller movie. My top three personal values are honesty: I think its important to be humble, perseverance: giving up is never an option, there will always be a way, and adaptability; life and situations are always changing and we must always be ready to learn and grow. I see myself helping to fulfill New Life Service's mission by taking pride in my thoroughness and my ability to pay attention to the details. I am always striving to improve. With that in my, I hope to become an important asset to New Life Service Company for many years to come. 

As receptionist my role includes answering phones, assisting office staff where ever possible, and ensuring customers  are getting the best possible customer service through great communication with them and all of our team members. I have been working with the company since February of 2021. What I appreciate most is being able to help customers put their lives back together after a disaster. I was born and raised here in Eureka. Outside of work I enjoy exploring our community with my fiance and our puppy.  My top three personal values are honesty, loyalty, and team work.
